Get ready to punch, kick , move, and laugh together! Parents are invited to hit the mats with their kids for an action-packed night of self-defence, Kempo skills, and nonstop fun. Learn cool techniques, build confidence, and create some amazing memories.

No pre-registration is required -- just show up to your child's regular class time, bring your enthusiasm and be ready to have a blast! This is family time taken to the next level! 💥👊👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
