Workshop Description:
Dive into the experiential wisdom of your body and reveal the soul in motion with Margie Gillis, world-renowned choreographer and dancer.
In this two-hour workshop, participants explore the relationship between body, thought, emotion, and spirit through guided movement. Dance exercises, games, images, and movement patterns invite the intuitive intelligence of the body to emerge. The workshop creates space to reconnect with the joy of movement, deepen bodily awareness, and give form to subtle inner sensations and emotions through movement.
All levels are welcome, as the workshop is tailored to the participants in the room. Beginners gain a deeper understanding of the body, while more experienced movers develop greater awareness of their individual movement qualities and refine the depth and clarity of their performance.
