Gayle Nemeth’s career as a writer follows years of teaching in northern and southern Saskatchewan and, most recently, as an English as a Second Language instructor. She published her first short story, “Snowbird,” in the 2022 edition of the Saskatchewan Writers Guild magazine, Spring and was granted a Wallace Stegner writers residency in 2023. Her CNF story “The Blizzard” was the winner of the December 2024 Off Topic Publishing writing contest. Her completed manuscript, entitled The Will, awaits publication.
