We’re excited to announce a second sourdough class at the Reed City Farmers Market! Our first session filled up so quickly that we just had to open another opportunity for more community members to join in the fun.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the basics of sourdough from start to finish—how to care for a starter, mix and shape your dough, and bake a loaf that’s as nourishing as it is delicious. Leading the class is Irene Wanner, an amazing educator and baker known for her warm teaching style and deep knowledge of sourdough traditions. Whether you’re brand new to baking or looking to refresh your skills, Irene will guide you step by step so you can confidently bake your own bread at home.
