FREE Barre3 Redondo Beach Silent Disco Class at Eddy Redondo Residences

Join us for a 45-minute silent disco barre3 Signature class at Eddy Redondo Residences.

This efficient and effective workout combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness for a full-body experience that will leave you feeling balanced, empowered, and successful. You will be guided through a warm up, leg work, strength conditioning, a cardio burst, core work, stretching, and guided breathwork. The class is safe for all fitness levels--no experience required! Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. A set up handheld weights is optional (we recommend 3-8lbs). You may also want to bring a sweat towel. Note that class will be held outdoors.

Post workout, stick around for snacks and refreshments from Ginger Up Juice, Granny's Grocery and Deli, and Lil Vegerie. Tours of the Eddy are also available for those interested!
