Fall into Balance

Fall into Balance is the perfect opportunity to reset, recharge and try new things in the midst of the autumn season.

Join us at Fyre Sauna for relaxation and rejuvenation. This event will offer various activities to help you find your center and embrace the changing season.

From a yoga session to hot sauna/cold plunge (contrast therapy), there will be something for everyone looking to find balance in their lives.

Don't miss out on this chance to unwind and connect with like-minded gals in a serene setting. Get ready to fall into balance with us!

What to bring: (If you are going to participate)

Yoga Mat - If you have one, if not there will be some available and dress confy!

Swimsuit, towel and hair tie (if you need one) for the Sauna and Cold Plunge (contrast therapy)

You will feel amazing after this event. Centered and Relaxed.

There will be a wine and snacks portion of the event if that is more your style. So feel free to join in any or all of the event that fits your vibe.

Info: You will have a few people that LOVE to do contrast therapy with you that will help guide you in your journey. Welcome back to the OG's of sauna/cold plunge.

Info: We will have some tasting wines and yummy bites for those that are looking for a different form of relaxation. Enjoy the views, snap some pics and post to the gram while you enjoy some sips and bites.
