Samuel Boulton, author of "The Art of Mixing Koji Cocktail" and an IWSC Sake Judge will guide you through four distinct styles of Japanese sake, exploring their unique characteristics and brewing methods. Whether you're a novice or an enthusiast, this event promises an engaging and informative journey into the heart of sake.

Each sake will be paired with a different delicious dish provided by Japanese-owned Bristol restaurant, Daikan.
