Join me for a relaxed morning stroll where we’ll stretch our legs, enjoy some fresh air, and chat away with fellow mums, because movement + good company = a much-needed recharge.

All ages welcome!
Bring the prams, scooters, bikes, or even your fur babies — this walk is all about going at your own pace and enjoying the moment.

Meeting Point:
Sel Outridge Park – park at the end of Peel Street, Redland Bay

There are a few great coffee spots nearby, so feel free to treat yourself to a takeaway cuppa before we start!
