Saturday 4th October - we’re rolling out the ultimate cardio test — solo or with a partner.

✅ 8 runs
✅ 8 stations
✅ Hard work, sweat & determination

We’ll kick off at 6:00am and keep rolling with a new heat starting every 5 minutes!

⚡️ If you normally run a Park Run pace of 5min/km or faster, jump into the earlier heats so you don’t catch the wave in front too quickly.

This isn’t just a workout — it’s a challenge to push past limits 💪 Whether you go it alone or with a mate, the question is simple:
