In collaboration Glenys Randall, Energy Healer and Astrologer, with Susan Pienaar, who is an Equine Assisted Psychotherapist, we are presenting a half day “Retreat to Heart” in preparation for the New Moon 🌙 in Pisces ♓️ at the Autumn Equinox and the beginning of the Astrological Year.
The program for the day will be themed to opening and sitting deeply in the Heart 💜 revealing your True Essence. We will begin with Meditation and Cacao, followed by the Astrology of the New Moon and where it sits in your own chart. Then a personal experience with the Horses guided by Susan.
Some light refreshments in between processes.
Then we integrate with a Sound Healing and some journalling to create our intention going forward in 2026.
We complete with a sharing of our experiences and close in circle.
