OUR FOUNDATIONS AND TECHNIQUE COURSE is Great (but not only) for beginners! In this course, we will show you:
- some of the core steps footwork
- technique for leading and following,
- break-down of the main basic moves (leaders and followers)
With special focus in:
- timing
- musicality
- connection / frame
- body movement
- and much more!
All in a FUN AND RELAXED way!!
The classes are 1 hour starting at 20:30 until 21:30. Then we play music to give you the chance to practice and socialise (approximately until 22:15)!
There are limited spaces for the course - PAYMENT IN ADVANCE required (£40 for the 5 weeks (5 hours) OR £30 for students under 25).

In addition to what we will show you during the lesson, we will also send you recommended list of cuban songs to practice, will answer your questions and help you practice after the lesson, send some videos of some of the routines and also a summary of the theoretical parts during the course.
