UNSW PsychSoc Annual General Meeting [AGM] 2025

UNSW Psychology Society proudly presents our 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to elect the incoming executive team for 2026 and vote on constitutional changes.

Listed below are the details on voting eligibility, how to nominate yourself for an executive position and attendance registration.


‼️AGM ATTENDANCE DETAILS‼️

The 2025 AGM will be held in person and all nominees are required to attend in person to deliver their speeches. Attendees are also required to attend in person to vote. ALL attendees and nominees must fill the attendance registration form to attend the AGM.


📆Date: Monday 29th September

🕐Time: 4-6pm (time variation subject to quantity of nominations)

📍Location: Mathews Theatre C

Eligible nominees and voters must be registered as SpArc members before Monday 29th September.

(three minutes prepared speech, one minute impromptu question)

1x Vice- President (Operations)

1x Vice- President (Internal)

1x Vice- President (External)

1x Secretary

1x Treasurer

1x Arc Delegate
