UNSW Engineering Society is holding its 2025 Annual General Meeting on Friday the 3rd of October from 6pm - 8pm at UNSW Law Theatre G04 to elect the 2026 executive team.
You must be a full member of the UNSW Engineering Society to be eligible to nominate yourself or to vote (registered by Rubric). We will be verifying your EngSoc membership on entry. There will be no online or proxy voting so you must attend in person to be eligible to vote. You will NOT be allowed to vote if you do not register. Register through Rubric:

All nominees will be required to present a speech of maximum 3 minutes at the AGM, followed by a maximum of 2 minutes QnA from the floor.
Please note that the 2026 New Executive Training will be held on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of November 2025 in-person at the Roundhouse. At least TWO Executives from each Club are required to attend ONE of the days. If you are nominating for an Executive position, please save these dates.
