Meet Your Guides
🌸 Izabela Turowska-Lawska is a holistic practitioner, trauma and belief transformation guide, intuitive healer, channeller, and sacred space holder. With over 20 years of experience, Izabela holds a deeply nurturing presence, guiding others through healing, embodiment, and self-connection. She offers bodywork, energy healing, Reiki Sharing Circles, Cacao & Dance, and women’s gatherings for the Polish community, all rooted in her core values of connection, communication, co-creation, growth, and expansion. Her ceremonial work is devoted to helping people remember who they truly are.
🌸 Ruana Xerri-West has been guiding singing and vocal exploration for over 25 years. She offers retreats, workshops, and song circles, and is the founder of the Purple Heart Song Group and The Song of Now — a form of embodied vocal improvisation that awakens creativity, courage, and authentic expression. Ruana creates deeply safe, caring, and uplifting spaces where the voice becomes a portal to inner truth.

This exchange supports the cost of cacao, venue, and preparation of the space, as well as the energy we pour into holding this sacred container.
✨ How to Prepare:
To get the most out of your experience:
Have cacao on an empty or light stomach – we suggest eating lightly during the day and leaving a couple of hours before the session
Bring water – it may be warm, and hydration helps support your process
A journal – if you wish to capture any insights or reflections
Most importantly – bring your open heart, your curiosity, and your beautiful presence
📍 How to Find Us:
We will gather in The GateHouse – the building next to the car park (which is free after 6 PM). Enter through the black gate and walk up the steps on the left to reach the first floor.
Doors open at 6:15 PM for gentle arrivals and settling. We begin promptly at 6:30 PM.
