Strong & Steady Exercise Class with Adele 💪✨

We will be holding a Strong and Steady exercise class, designed to help you if you feel unsteady on your feet or if you have had a fall.

The classes aim to help you improve your strength and balance and will help you feel more confident when you are out and about.

We will also be providing cake and a hot drink afterwards!
