Nature Inspired Experimental Printmaking Workshop

Unleash your creativity in this hands-on Experimental Printmaking Workshop, where nature itself becomes your inspiration and your art medium! Join Outdoor Learning Officer Elly Joplin—a fine arts graduate and experienced art teacher—for a unique artistic journey set in the stunning woodland surroundings of Gorcott Hill.

The workshop begins with a gentle guided walk through the beautiful woodlands. As we explore, we’ll take in the natural beauty around us, observing patterns, textures, and organic shapes. You’ll have the opportunity to collect leaves, seed heads, feathers, and other found objects—the very materials that will shape your prints.

Back at our fantastic education facility, Elly will guide you through a variety of experimental printmaking techniques, perfect for both beginners and those with some artistic experience.
