BLOKES Rucking Group 🐺
• 🚶♂️ What it is: Brisk walking with a rucksack (weighted or just water). Stop en route for full-body exercise circuits. Adaptable to all fitness levels.
• 🥾 Why rucking, not running: Low impact, easier on joints, keeps us in the fat-burning/jogging heart rate zone. Conversational pace so the whole pack stays together.
• 🎒 Bring: A rucksack. Either just water or add weight (up to 10–15kg if you’re already rucking/very fit). Off road or grippy boots or trainers you have broken in and comfortable with.
• ⏱️ Duration: 1 hour.
