Empowered Motherhood

A six-week pre & postnatal exercise program that supports you from bump to beyond.
Mondays from October 13th - November 17th

- Build strength, balance and resilience
- Enhance recovery
- Connect with a community of mothers on the same journey

Class will provide expert guidance in a supportive boutique setting. Every workout is adaptable to your stage, energy level and individual needs - so you leave feeling strong, confident and connected.

Post-natal participants may bring their baby (up to 6 months) with them in a carrier.

$150 for members
$204 for non-members
