He’ll be serving up two bold and seasonal dishes: a sweet-and-savory Cantaloupe Salad and a hearty Steak Panzanella Salad, a favorite that’s as satisfying as it is fresh. Along with these tasty recipes, Chef Joseph will share the story of the lighthouse and his culinary journey.
