Group Hypnobirthing Course

This course runs over two Saturday mornings - July 12th & July 26th from 10am to approximately 12.30pm.

Feeling nervous about your baby's birth? This 4 week antenatal course is designed to prepare both you and your birth partner so that you leave feeling:

I am a midwife with many years experience and I will give you all the information and tried and tested hypnobirthing techniques to help you boss this birth.

Groups are kept small and held in my home in Burghfield Common.
