What is Evolve?
Evolve is a guided JourneyDance experience that invites you to move freely. A curated soundtrack shapes the arc of the evening, holding space for expression, connection, and deep rest. Leave lighter than you came. Our movement journey closes with lavender cloths, deep stillness, and gentle hands-on support. From there, we gather for reflection, community, tea, kombucha, and a sweet treat to ground & nourish the experience.
