KC F.A.R.M.E.R.S. Coalition Hands-On Agricultural Fencing Work & Learn

Join the KC F.A.R.M.E.R.S. Coalition on Sunday, October 12, 1–4 PM at Sankara Farm (7419 Murkins Rd, Kansas City, MO 64133) for an on-farm, hands-on workshop all about agricultural fencing.

Together, we’ll:

--> Explore different types of fencing options and their uses
--> Compare costs and materials
Learn step-by-step installation techniques
--> Pitch in to help install new agroforestry fencing at Sankara Farm

We’ll also provide info sheets and vendor resources so you can take the knowledge home with you.

Water and snacks will be available—please bring your own water bottle. Dress for the weather with layers and closed-toed shoes, and don’t forget bug spray—we’ll be in the woods. Rain date: Sunday, October 19, 1–4 PM (same location).

Come ready to learn, work, and connect with fellow growers in the field.
