A race you won’t want to miss…
Pre-entries to the event will open August 1, 2025 and close October 12, 2025 at 8am. After which time entries can be made on site prior to 2pm and will be made in cash ONLY, but are subject to a $25 late fee and you will be placed at the end of the draw. You are not allowed to enter as of 2:01pm.
Draw will be posted no later than October 15 at 12 noon. There will be a rake every 5 riders on paper Big rake every 50. Your draw position will remain the same regardless of scratches. Music will be played at the event with no exceptions and you have 60 seconds to enter the arena once called.
The race will start at 4pm October 18, 2025. The race is a 3D with a 7/10 split. All divisions will have equal payout. 85% payout on total riders. In the event of a race cancellation, a 100% refund will be given. If you cancel your entry prior to October 12, 2025 you will be given a full refund less a $15 office fee. There will be no selling of spots. There are no buy backs. The race is a one run and done. You are not considered entered until your fees are paid.
Re-rides due to a timer malfunction will be given, and dealt with on an individual basis and you will be approached by the producer.
If you must cancel your entry due to illness, sickness or injury for you or your horse. You must provide a valid doctors or veterinary note and you will receive a full refund.
You must wear western attire for the race and prize ceremony.
No bullying of any participant, volunteer, producer, horse or human will be tolerated in any way. You will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund and will not be welcome at any further events.
All decisions made by the producer are considered final.
