💬 Gentle discussion to open the heart and set the theme
🌬 Breathwork to activate and ground the body
🌀 A guided shamanic journey to explore the other worlds
Cacao is known as the “food of the gods” and has been used for thousands of years in ceremony to open the heart, deepen meditation, and connect with spirit.
As a ceremonial cacao reseller and trained cacao facilitator, Joe works directly with ethically sourced cacao of the highest quality. Alongside this, he is a qualified shamanic practitioner, weaving together ancient practices and guided journeys to create a safe and powerful space for personal exploration.
