As the light begins to return, this session focuses on reawakening emotional flow and heart coherence. Sound and NLP gently activate vitality, openness, and renewed connection—inviting warmth, hope, and subtle forward momentum.

Step into a serene, heart-centered experience designed to help you relax, reset and reconnect. The Lotus Bloom Floats begin with gentle, grounding yoga to ease the body and quiet the mind.

From there you'll be immersed in soothing sound healing, thoughtfully woven with Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to support mindful awareness and positive intention.

The experience is in a warm welcoming pool. Come as you are feeling lighter and more aligned.
