Join A Peace of Om Yoga in Raritan as we welcome Third Child Wellness to lead you in a create your own essential oil workshop! You’ll choose from a variety of oils, learn their meanings, and choose a dropper to find balance on and off the mat. Continue the PEACE and use the oils as you are guided into a grounding meditation practice with sound bowls.
