Buttercream Basics- Two Day Class

This is a 2 day class! On Day one you will learn the basics of working with buttercream icing.You will learn you how to torte, fill, crumb coat and ice a cake. You will learn how to prepare a piping bag with couplers and piping tips. Also, techniques such as shells, rosettes, beads, flowers, leaves and more. On Sunday you'll learn even more buttercream techniques such as shell borders, reverse shells, ruffles, brush embroidery, and basket weave. Also, several buttercream flowers. Today, you'll finish your cake with all the techniques you have learned. Ages 14 to adult

Please be at class 15 minutes prior to actual start time.
