More About Jan McGrath
Jan McGrath’s journey is fueled by a curiosity about people and the often comical language of body movement. With an MBA, she launched her career at the Walt Disney Company, quickly discovering that the most important messages are rarely spoken—a well-timed smile or knowing glance can do more than a meeting full of words.
As a Certified Pilates Instructor and owner of Pilates Whole Body, LLC, Jan found that real encouragement is often silent—a gentle nod or supportive glance helps clients feel truly seen.
