We will be learning about your 7 Chakra energy system and exploring healing ways to bring it into balance through somatic healing of the body. Your body is your friend, let it lead you into wholeness.


Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move easily in. If you have a yoga mat, please bring that. We will have some available if you don't have one.
