Explore the art of observation through photos, videos, and stories that bring tracking, survival, and local plants and wildlife to life. Interactive Q&A included.
December 7: Introduction to Survival
Learn the core skills of survival: shelter building, fire without matches, making water safe to drink, and basic snares for food.
January 11: Nature’s Clues, Intro to Animal Tracking
Discover how to recognize tracks, scat, and other animal signs and interpret what they reveal about behavior, movement, and the ecology of the area.
February 8: Voices of Nature, Learning the Language of Wildlife
Tune in to the calls, movements, and behaviors of birds and mammals to detect hidden wildlife and move through nature with greater invisibility.
