ASBH Yoga Class

After discussing the importance of movement and breath with our parent support night guest, Sarah Brown OT, we decided to try out hosting a yoga class! This will be geared toward those on the Autism Spectrum and their families...all ages!

It is a suggested $5 donation per person with a max of $20 per family. We will do a check in at 6pm and the class will start shortly after. Adaptations will be made if needed.
