8-Week Understanding Your Suicide Grief Class

Join us in person for a supportive 8-week journey of healing and connection. This class is designed for those who have lost a loved one to suicide, offering a safe space to share, process, and learn healthy ways to cope with grief.

Together, we will:

• Explore the unique challenges of suicide grief
• Share experiences in a supportive, compassionate setting
• Learn strategies and tools to navigate the healing process

Class Details
📅 Dates: Mondays, November 3 – December 22th
(Sessions: 11/03, 11/10, 11/17, 11/24, 12/01, 12/08, 12/15, 12/22)
🕕 Time: 6:00 – 7:00 PM
📍 Location: Journey On Office, 124 Quincy St.
Note: Our office is in a converted residential home with limited parking. Additional parking is available behind the One Heart Building on Quincy Street. Look for the white house with maroon trim, the “988” yard sign, and the “Journey On” sign on the front door.

Important Information

• Class is limited to 10 participants. Once sessions begin, no new attendees will be added.
• All materials are provided at no cost.
• By registering, we ask you to commit to attending all eight sessions.
