Carole Barker
A self-taught painter working in acrylics, Carole creates abstract and semi-abstract works that follow their own instincts and often take surprising turns. Inspired by time in her garden and the shifting moods of the seasons, her paintings explore colour, texture, and organic form. Each piece evolves intuitively, inviting viewers to pause, look closer, and celebrate the unexpected beauty of nature.
Ashleigh Ritchie
North Canterbury artist Ashleigh Ritchie paints people and pets in oils, adding whimsical touches of leaves, florals, and garden magic. Her crowned characters bring nature and humanity together in playful, timeless portraits. With award-winning work exhibited across Canterbury and beyond, Ashleigh’s latest collection invites you into a world where everyday moments bloom with colour, charm, and joyful detail.
