Christmas Yoga for Kids + Hot Cocoa

Join us for a cozy 50-minute Christmas yoga class just for kids! Ages 4–10 are welcome and little ones 3 and under can join with a parent. We’ll move through gentle holiday-themed yoga, practice simple breath work, and end with a relaxing savasana using soft blankets and eye pillows. Enjoy festive Christmas music, kid-friendly mindfulness, and a cup of warm hot cocoa to finish.

Yoga mats are provided—or feel free to bring your own!
