Course: Letting Go of Perfect with Gen Kelsang Mila
Sometimes we fall into an “all or nothing” mindset—if it’s not perfect, we see it as failure. This only leads to self-criticism, pressure, and getting stuck. Perfectionism can slow down daily life and even block our inner growth.
Join us as we explore how to let go of perfectionism, be kinder to ourselves, and set realistic goals. Together, we’ll focus on self-acceptance, contentment, and building the confidence to grow into the person we want to be.

About the Teacher:
As a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, Gen Kelsang Mila is a modern – day Kadampa Nun and the resident teacher of Vajrapani Kadampa Buddhist Centre. She has been a student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for 20 years and ordained for fifteen years. Her teachings are always practical and easy to apply to everyday life.
