Guided Plant Walks - Plant Identification (every Third Saturday)

Join us every third Saturday beginning March 22
until November 22 for Guided Plant Walks through
Rancocas State Park in Mt. Laurel.
Join naturalist Jeff Calhoun for guided courses to learn how to identify the herbs and trees growing all around us. Each month will be centered around a different plant theme.
March - Medicinal Plants
April - Flowers
May - General Plant ID
June - Trees
July - November - TBA
Courses will take place once a month on the third Saturday and run approximately 60 minutes.
Participants will learn to identify plants, their growing conditions, cultural history, medicinal uses and how to utilize them. You will also receive a small notebook for taking field notes.
