Join us at the Maloof for a vibrant and engaging workshop led by artist Sandy Garcia.
The "Papers and Paint" mixed media workshop is a hands-on creative experience designed for artists of all skill levels. Participants explore the intersection of various materials, primarily focusing on paper and paint, to create unique artworks.
In this workshop, attendees learn techniques for combining paper with painting mediums.
The session typically begins with a demonstration of layering techniques, showing how to apply paint over paper and vice versa to achieve interesting textures and visual effects.
Throughout the workshop, participants are encouraged to experiment freely, using collage methods to build their compositions.
