Learn how to give yourself Reiki and to help your loved ones. In this accredited one-day course, you will learn how to use the wonderful energy of Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki to allow you to give yourself healing for the rest of your life! This is a great way of helping yourself to manage stress and bring peace and relaxation and connection to your spiritual self. You will learn how to give a simple Reiki healing session to loved ones. It's also the first stage if you want to become a Reiki practitioner yourself in the future. Maximum of four students, with an emphasis on a friendly atmosphere with lots of opportunity to practice.
