Resonant Coast is an irregular event exploring marginal ambient, electronic, and improvised music presented by Salmon Universe Records. We’re excited to bring you a new instalment of the series.

Travelling from Glasgow, Alex Rex is the ghost-folk project of Alex Neilson (Trembling Bells, Bonnie Prince Billy, Shirley Collins). He sings songs of love, loss & loathing. He will be performing new material.

Francesca Ter-Berg is a cellist, vocalist and composer known for her unique style inspired by traditional Yiddish music, jazz and improvisation. A Margate local she “has a sense of levitating above and around the material world” - The Quietus.

Starting the night is Ramsgate’s Coney & Pike with their Driftingland project: For Guitar & Piano which centres upon a language of deep listening, reverence for sound, restraint and distillation of ideas. As individuals they come from a wide range of projects and experiences including work on Trestle, Gondwana and Warp Records.
