We're thrilled to launch Connect with Respect – a free community programme for girls aged 7-18.
Starting 7th January, designated Wednesdays 4:30-6pm at Pie Factory Music, we're offering drop-in sessions filled with creative activities, movement, mindfulness, and real conversations about friendships, relationships and respect.
A welcoming and supportive environment, led by experienced and trained facilitators. Girls can explore their emotions and learn practical tools such as boundary setting, emotional naming and positive self-regulation techniques.
No experience needed. Squash and biscuits provided. Come along anytime in the 90 minute window and try something new. We'd love to meet you! �
