It’s about letting the body settle enough to remember itself.
Held on the 1st and 4th Monday of each month, these sessions create a gentle but powerful pause — where sound works directly on the nervous system, inviting rest, openness, and subtle reset.
If your body is asking for quiet, grounding, or space to breathe without explanation, this is for you.

What to Expect
A full-body sound immersion using crystal bowls, tuning forks, and sensory instruments
A small, intimate group for depth rather than performance
A themed journey exploring liminality, opening, and reflection

A yoga mat or padded base
Blankets, cushions, cosy layers
Water, eye mask, or journal if you wish
Loose, comfortable clothing
