Sunday 5th October at 2 pm.

Join us for a guided walk around the Glen Mona & Ballaglass side of Maughold & hear the tales of past life & the characters that lived in the topside of Maughold Parish.

Marinda (who is a Blue Badge Guide!) will lead our walk around the topside of the Parish.
It will begin from the Dhoon Hall go over to the Lhaggan - an 18th century school, Cashtal yn Ard - a Neolithic burial site and down to Ballaglass where we’ll see 19th century mines. Along the way we will learn about & explore the history and heritage of this area.
The walk will be approximately 3 miles and will take 2 to three hours.
