A holiday sweat + shop night that is sure to make your spirits bright
This will be a 50-minute mat Pilates class led by Plena Vita Co. owner, Ellie. It will combine both classical and contemporary movement. Strengthen your core, tone your body, and enjoy our hot cocoa bar & holiday cookies after!
Spots are limited & first come, first serve.
We can't wait to sweat + celebrate the holidays with you!
P.S. - Bring your own mat. Limited mat rentals available for $6 from Plena Vita Co. Please bring $6 cash or Venmo on-site for mat rental. Payment not collected online.
Bring water and plan to be barefoot or wear sticky socks. Plan to arrive 15 min early to sign waivers & get settled.
