This month's TSPPATRB series presents Bryce Eiman (Bynum) and Silk Moth (Carrboro).
Bryce Eiman released his first tapes in Arlington, Texas in the late 80s. In 1996 Eiman moved to North Carolina, where his contributions to the Triangle’s noise scene have been essential in nurturing one of the most underappreciated experimental music subcultures in the US, and his 919 Noise showcase, a monthly staple in Chapel Hill, has united and uplifted new and established acts from North Carolina and around the globe.

Thank you to all of those who have come out and supported our local and visiting musicians!
The music starts at 6:00.
By definition, ambient music is meant to be passively experienced. Though you can certainly concentrate on what's being played, you don't necessarily have to. The idea is to create a mood, an atmosphere, where people can hang out, have a snack and a cup of coffee, shop, or just listen to some music you probably haven't heard before. Hopefully you'll notice what's being played enough to show your appreciation to the artists.
