A silent tea ceremony that invites deep presence and stillness with mindful conversation to follow. Allow yourself to sit in beautiful silence and connect to nature through the drinking of tea. This is a deeply grounding experience that allows you to empty of worried thoughts and connect back to yourself.
Tea does contain varying amounts of caffeine.
