Ponies Poses and Prosecco

Join us on the farm for an afternoon of gentle poses aimed at stress relief and deep relaxation while surrounded by our sweet donkeys Mack and Hubert, our precious dapple grey Shetland pony Guinevere and our sassy little mini horse Wildfire. Enjoy the soft sounds of whinnies, snorts and tails swishing as you release your own burdens. Our poses will be led by the amazing yogi Terri Morrison. Bring a mat and towel or one may be provided for you. This experience is for adults only and requires no yoga experience. The aim is relaxation, not an instructional yoga class. The option is always open to sit or lie down quietly and simply “be” in nature.
Following the group poses we will enjoy light refreshments and community. Feel free to roam the grounds or gather for conversation. This event is for you❤️
