Pink Belt Karate Competition & Fundraiser

As part of the American Cancer Society's fundraising for breast cancer care & research, North Carolina AAU is hosting the third annual fall tournament using AAU Rules. All athletes will receive a pink belt, top finishers in kobudo (weapons), kata (forms), and kumite (sparring) will win medals. ADDITIONALLY, we're hosting a female only camp on Oct. 17 and 19. to provide high-level technical instruction, personal development, mentorship and fellowship. Featuring female instructors and champions (invited: Kaitlin Leslie and Gidea Pretorius, the camp will focus on kumite in 2025, injury prevention, and mindset training.
