Painting Fundamentals 1 with Beth Barger
Friday, January 23rd • 11am–4pm

This workshop is designed for all kinds of students, from rusty former painters to curious new explorers who want to solidify the basics before moving forward. Beth will cover the very basics of color mixing and brushwork, then take a brief foray into the concepts of shapes and values. After a demonstration, you'll do a small painting on your own with Beth's individual and gentle guidance. Previous students who were convinced they'd never be able to do a painting left with big smiles and newfound confidence.
