Fall is here and there is no better time to put your drone in the air to capture some beautiful scenery. Join us at Raleigh’s undisputed best area to fly and enjoy the moderate temperatures! This is also a great time to start preparing for our following month's Halloween meetup - think about how you can decorate for Halloween and challenge Steve on scariest drone!
Come to participate or just to spectate - pilots of all experience and flying model type are welcome! FPV, camera drone, heli, RC airplane - we do it all! Our meeting spot is along the long side of the Dorothea Dix "Big Field", adjacent to Barbour Dr. (**use GPS directions to 812 Barbour Dr, Raleigh, NC 27603**).
In addition to your drone, controller and charged batteries, consider bringing a launchpad, chair and/or folding table, and be prepared to chat with some friendly folks. We'll see you there!
