Haunted Mordecai (Tickets release on Oct 1st)

Half of the tickets will be released via Eventbrite starting on October 1st at noon. The other half will be available first-come, first-served on the day of the event. Simply go to the visitor center upon arriving at Mordecai Historic Park on Saturday, October 25th, between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Arrive early to reserve your spot.

Event Description

Get ready for an immersive experience on Saturday, October 25th! Join The Ghost Guild in celebrating its 9th year as Mordecai Historic Park’s paranormal research team, and share in their excitement as they return with. the engaging walking tour format introduced last year.

We kick off these presentation tours with a brief introduction in the visitor center classroom before guiding small groups through the park to the very locations where our data was collected. Our guides will lead you to Andrew Johnson's Birthplace, St. Mark's Chapel, and the Mordecai House. Within these historic spaces, you'll hear about the stories, personal experiences, and findings from our investigations, allowing you to visualize these elements in their authentic settings.Please note that this is a walking tour, which includes climbing stairs, and will last approximately one hour.

If you reserve an advance ticket through Eventbrite, please stop by the Visitor Center 15 minutes before your scheduled time to receive your wristband. Your advance ticket is only valid for the selected time slot, and wristbands not collected by 5 minutes prior to that time may be given to someone else. As a special bonus, participants of this FREE event will be entered into our fall drawing for exciting prizes. Plus, if you’re 18 or over, you could win an opportunity to join us on a future investigation of the park!

This event is part of the larger "Spellbound at Mordecai," running from 10 AM to 3 PM. Don’t just come for the guided tour—be sure to join in on those festivities as well!
